When you send to In-House Production your crew list, you get a crew that is TRAINED and knows what it takes to do that job. When You call for a FLYMAN, you don't need a RIGGER. You need a FLYMAN. A GOOD FLYMAN is a RIGGER, but a good RIGGER may not be a FLYMAN. We know what it takes to do that job. This is the same as a FRONT OF HOUSE AUDIO ENGINEER is not the same as an BACK STAGE MONITOR ENGINEER. You need a different SKILL SET when doing FRONT OF HOUSE or BACK STAGE MONITORS.
