Material Handling

In-House Production has taken a new twist in the Las Vegas market. With our Contractors License, we now install racking, lockers, shelves, moving pallet racks and pulling permits in and for new warehouses -- working with anything that has to do with material handling around Las Vegas and Clark County. Some of the companies we are working with are Las Vegas Water District, Home Depot Warehouse, and a few companies we can't name.

There will be more to come on material handling. Mike Smith is leading up the Material Handling as well as dealing with customers, and is doing a great job at that. If you have any questions give Mike a call.

Training

In-House Production will be working with Carrie Viaming, the theatre instructor at Palo Verde High School, helping her with the workings of the fly system, what all the parts are that make up a theater fly system are, and how to stay safe as it is being used. She asked if we would and we said YES. Training the new stagehands in Las Vegas.

My first fly system was at the old Las Vegas High School. At that time some of the union stagehands would come by and help with our training. It is now my turn and a good turn it is. Back to high school I go.
