You may know In-House Production is a Stagehand Labor Provider for Shows and Events. We needed a software program that lets us track Labor. Stagehand Labor. So we made it for what we do.

The Program does (1) Labor Planning, (2) Time Tracking, (3) Reporting, (4) Labor Scanning in-out, (5) Dispatching, (6) Single Sign-in and much more. Track 10 workers to 1000's with this web-based system.

How do you make a push/pull system using a chain hoist? Use a turn around the block. Does the chain care that it is pulling up or down? That is the question. 

Just add a 1-ton chain hoist and install it on its side. Does the center hang hook care if it is pulling on its side if it, pulling straight in line as the hook? That is the question.

Nothing like hanging a chain hoist off the end of an aluminum I-Beam. Just build a custom chain hoist hanging bracket.

Add a turnaround chain sheave and a bunch of 6in cable sheaves, then bolt it to the other end of the I-Beam and you are ready to go.

As the trolley travels across the I-Beam is pulling the pick-up lines, using a 1-ton 32fpm chain hoist, then doubling the pick-up lines I have a 64fpm curtain lifting just a little work.

CIRCLE STAGE TRUSS

Ever had to design a circular truss that will do just about everything needed. Ever had to change your plans several times as the structure during construction changed. IHP made it happen and on time with the budget in mind.  

Ever had to hang and rehang the audio and video gear as it was not right. Then come up with the plan to make it all work and have it done today. IHP did.

With all the last minute design changes, IHP went to Miguel @ Total Structure's to have the truss fabricated. Miguel and his team of many did a great job with very little time. Thank You, Miguel and your team for all the last minute work. 

The circle truss was one part of a much larger job. IHP worked with Audio, Lighting, Video, as well as adding DJ Tables, Rolling Video Wall and adding Staging to make the one large set-up.

"STARS" LABOR MANAGEMENT SET-UP FOR EVENTS

A SET OF 4 MONITORS TOGETHER WITH THE NAME OF EACH WORKER, BOOTH THAT EACH WORKER WILL BE WORKING IN, THE TIME THE WORKER SHOULD BE IN THE BOOTH READY TO WORK AND THE BOOTH LEADS NAME EACH WORKER WILL BE REPORTING TO. 

THIS WORKED GREAT FOR ALL WORKERS. 

YOU CAN SEE THE SCANNERS ON EACH SIDE OF THE MONITORS FOR EACH WORKER TO SCAN-IN TO START THERE DAY AND OUT AT THE END OF THERE DAY.

WE HAVE A CLOSE LOOK AT THE TABLET (nicknamed the wedge) WHICH ARE USED FOR EACH WORKER TO SCAN-IN AT THE START OF THERE DAY. 

THREE SCANNERS TOGETHER TO KEEP THE CHAOS DOWN TO A MINIMUM WHEN OVER 300 WORKERS ARE COMING IN AT THE SAME TIME TO SIGN-IN FOR THE START OF THEIR WORK DAY

ALL INFORMATION IS SENT TO THE CLOUD AND CAN BE ACCESSED ON ANY COMPUTER ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. SIT AT YOUR DESK MILES AWAY AND SEE WHO IS WORKING, WHAT TIME THEY STARTED, ARE THEY AVAILABLE TO WORK THE NEXT DAY, AND WHAT TIME THEY SIGNED-OUT AT THE END OF THE DAY.
