Thank you so much for lending us the truck for our
Helldorado float.
Helldorado Parade was on Saturday May 15th, 2010 at 7pm and went down 4th street to Fremont. The Flamingo Club is a group of
Las Vegas locals who own/rent home in the older "historic" districts that include
Huntridge, Beverly Green, Scotch 80's and other "vintage" locations. The group is made up of people of all ages but we are all committed to promoting life in
Las Vegas. The motto is "Creating Community One Cocktail Party at a time" Basically it is a way to promote getting to know your neighbors rather than living in a neighborhood where people are disconnected from the people around them. Some of the members are "old timers" in fact one of them Randy went to high school with my Dad in the 60's - they had an interesting conversation about the teachers at old
Las Vegas High School (
LVHS). Others are pretty recent transplants. We couldn't have had a float without In-House Production and the use of the flatbed truck.
