Jeff and Ricardo learned a lot. Ricardo has been repairing CM Chain Hoists for over ten (10) years. Ricardo likes staying on top of all the changes CM does to the Chain Hoists. Every couple years they add, remove or change something and the only way to know what changed is to take classes.
