IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION, working with HORN INTERACTIVE and MICHAEL THUNEY OF PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES, made this RIOT GAMES LEAGUE OF LEGENDS EVENT work at the WASHINGTON STATE CONVENTION CENTER and CONFERENCE CENTER.
In-House Production won the bid for all extra Stagehand labor used for this event on the 6th floor at the Convention Center. Working with IATSE Local 15 of Seattle, In-House Production was able to supply Qualifies Stage Technicians such as Stage Carpenters, Stage Electricians/Lighting, Auto Visual Technicians. They made the job look easy.
StageHouse of Las Vegas built all Stage Decorations, Custom Screens and Platforms used to get that special look. 4Wall took care of all lighting and Creative Technology took care of Audio and Video Gear and Presentation.
As you look down through the pictures you will see the look that made this show come together. At the end of the day, With the team Michael Thuney put together, the crew did as they know how to do, put on a great event. They team works together enough that they know what each other needs before asking.
In-House Production, Working with Brent Armstrong, took care of all Rigging and Rigging Hardware and Equipment. In-House Production supplied all Trussing, Chain Motors and all Special Hardware for this Ballroom Hang. If you have ever rigged in the Seattle Convention Center, GES is all over any rigging gear that comes into the building. GES looks for all engineer stamps, engineering drawings, and go over all hang point weights. This is not a bad thing. All In-House Production Equipment meet there Rigging Inspection and the Rigging went UP.
Kelly Whitlock of our Texas Office took over the crew Sign-In and Out and keep daily labor cost so we stayed in Budget for the days the extra crews were needed.
